Establishing close and intimate relationships with customers is considered to be key to marketing success, and customer equity has become an important marketing performance indicator. The advent of digital technology and social media have had a major impact on the nature of customer relationships. Today, companies are seeking to engage the customer by creating interactive, participative marketing landscapes which will be the focus of this module.
The aim of this program is to provide students with a knowledge base about the healthcare sector, its operating dynamics, the future challenges, global scenario, and to groom them with the requisite skills and techniques to meet the challenges and demands of this growing sector.
The learning process involves academics and practical learning across different verticals in the Healthcare industry. Over the two years, students are provided with wide exposure to different verticals within the healthcare sector based on strong foundation of general management modules spread across the first year.
